John Kuntz from The Plain Dealer has been chosen Ohio Photographer
of the Year for 2006
by the Ohio News Photographers Association. Finishing second was Chris Russell of The Columbus Dispatch and third was Cleveland-based
freelance photographer Greg Ruffing.
Dale Omori from The Plain Dealer received an Award of Excellence.
In
the student division, David Foster from Kent State University took first place and Michael P. King from Ohio University received
second Place.
