Aoyssa Dayton, hands at upper left, a new resident of one of the houses, and Royce Sutton, hands at right, a Vanderburgh County Council member, cut the ribbon for the official opening of the Paradise Estate Homes. The homes were built by Community Action Program of Evansville and funded by Fifth Third Bank Foundation and the Home Investment Partnership Program through the City of Evansville.
