Levy from The Plain Dealer has been chosen Ohio Photographer
of the Year for 2005
by the Ohio News Photographers Association. Finishing second was Cleveland-based
freelance photographer Greg Ruffing and third was Gus Chan from The Plain Dealer.
Dale Omori from The Plain Dealer received an Award of Excellence for his work
over the past year.
In
the student division, Katie Falkenberg from Ohio University took first place.
Finishing second was Emily Rasinski from Kent State University and third was
Michael P. King from Ohio University. Sung H. Jun from Ohio University received
an Award of Excellence.
