Judged by Colin Mulvany
After 18 years as a staff photojournalist for The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, WA., Colin Mulvany made the transition to Internet storytelling by becoming a multimedia-content producer for his newspaper's online department. For the last three years, Mulvany has produced video feature stories and audio slideshows for his popular video blog, Video Journal.
